While the mind seeks order from chaos, the body moves through it.

Before words, before thought, there was sensation. I work with what moves beneath the surface.

There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophy.

Friedrich Nietzsche

In my bodywork therapy sessions and Kundalini yoga classes, we don’t aim to fix or transcend. We listen—to breath, to tension, to memory stored in muscle and fascia. This is not performance, but participation. Each practice or therapy session invites you back into the living intelligence of your body, bringing motion to emotion and rhythm to resistance. Whether through stillness or sweat, we meet what’s real—and learn to stay.

SEVA is the home I co-founded as a living, breathing space in Dubai where movement, stillness, food, and conversation are part of the same medicine.
It’s where my practices of bodywork therapy and Kundalini Yoga took root and evolved alongside other disciplines devoted to foundational wellness. SEVA isn’t just a wellness center and café—it’s a container for remembering what matters. A space where I continue to study, teach, and stay real—alongside world-class facilitators, teachers, artists, and a core team that holds the vision steady.

The grass is greener where you water it—be it your pain, your confusion, your denial, or your gratitude. Lines like these are easier to quote than to live. Freedom isn’t found in escape, but in the awareness that sees the strings that move us through life and still chooses to stay present. In moments of chaos, the mind freezes or invents stories, while the body breathes, sweats, and acts. This is the core essence of embodied wisdom: a primal intelligence capable of navigating uncertainty without needing to make perfect sense of it.
